Publishing of the annual financial reports is one of the main obligations for the persons performing commercial activities. For all of them, the Accountancy Act provides a deadline for the submission of financial information no later than 30.06 of the year following that in which the financial result is realized.

The latest amendment to the Accountancy Act provided that entities that did not engage in business during the year are exempted from filing annual financial reports. Instead the “passive” companies must submit a declaration stating explicitly that during the financial year the company did not engage in any commercial activity. The final date for submitting these declarations is 30.04. in the year following that in which no business activity was carried out.

The cost for preparing an application is in amount of 49 BGN.

After you acquire a real estate, it is your responsibility to declare it to the Local Taxation Service. According to the Act for local taxes and fees, the deadline for declaring the property is two months from its acquisition. In the case of newly built residential buildings, this period begins to run from the moment the building is inspected and its exploitation is allowed by the administrative body.

After submitting a property document, we will prepare a declaration under Art. 14 ALTF according to the characteristics of the property, which have to be submitted to the competent authority.

Declarations shall be submitted with the local Municipality tax office at the location of the property.

The price for the service for preparation of the Declaration under Art. 14 ALTF for immovable property is in amount of BGN 49.

If you do not have the ability or the time to perform a legal action, you have the option of selecting a proxy to deal with it. Legal actions vary from a request for documentation to a disposal of real estate or movable property.

Once we are introduced with the legal action you want to assign to your proxy, we will prepare a letter of empowerment/power of attorney, matching with the intended purpose and your requirements.

In our office. You should keep in mind that for most of the actions regarding empowering physical or legal persons (despite lawyers) a notary certification of your signature is required.

Depending on the desired characteristics of the letter if empowerment/power of attorney, it is drafted for a term of 1 to 24 hours.
